For Experience Conference 2024, TRG provided audio, video, lighting, and logistical solutions. From early creative meetings to event permitting and engineering, TRG's team partnered with Celebration Ministries to offer an engaging worship environment for 1400 attendees.
In partnership with Meyer Sound Laboratories, we chose to showcase the new Panther Line Arrays and 2100-LFC subwoofers. The system was supported by a mix of X40, Lina, and UPQ in various fill capacities. The main PA consisted of 8 Panthers (6-Long and 2-Wide) and three 2100-LFC low-frequency elements per side. The system is powered by a pair of Galaxy 816 processors and a digital Milan network. At FOH, there is a Galaxy 408 (Master) connected to the two Drive Galaxy's (Slaves) on stage over fiber. The FOH Galaxy 408 receives four sends (Left, Right, Sub, Font Fill) over two AES connections from the FOH dLive.
For EC24, we wanted to showcase equipment relevant to churches. As such, we decided on the Allen & Heath dLive platform for FOH and monitors. Each position was equipped with a DM64 Mix Rack and S7000 Surface. The consoles were connected via GigaAce and Dante cards. Throughout the conference, we mixed with only built-in processing on the dLive's featuring the new UltraFX processing.
The lighting system was designed to provide an immersive worship experience while simplifying load-in and load-out. It starts with 10' sticks of Tyler GT Plus truss, which provide pre-rig ability to the lighting rig. The bulk of the rig consists of Aryton Diablo and Eurus Profiles, as well as Martin Aura XIP washes. The system was controlled by a single grandMa 3 light running in Mode 3.
Continuing the theme of equipment relevant to churches', we chose the Blackmagic Design ATEM Constellation as the backbone. For cameras, we partnered with Canon to use the C300 Mkiii cameras along with their CR-N500 PTZs. In the center was a C300 Mkiii with a 50-1000mm and a CR-N500 PTZ. For our left and right 45-degree shots and an on-stage drum position, we also used the CR-N500 PTZ camera. Then, two C300 MKiii's with 70-120mm lenses were used as wireless cameras. These cameras were equipped with the new Teradek Bolt 600 wireless systems and a wireless camera control system. We used a Clear-Com Arcadia system with a mix of Helix-Net belt packs and wired stations with Freespeak-II wireless beltpacks.
