Project Overview

For several consecutive years, Technical Resource Group (TRG) has supported USSOCOM’s presence at SOF Week—one of the defense industry’s most prominent annual events. TRG serves as the audiovisual and tradeshow services partner, managing logistics, system design, installation, on-site support, and teardown for a high-impact, mission-focused booth environment.

Each year, the goal remains the same: deliver a visually striking, technically reliable space that supports engagement, storytelling, and private collaboration—on an aggressive show schedule.

The Challenge

USSOCOM required a booth solution that could:

Command attention on a busy tradeshow floor
Support dynamic visual storytelling aligned with mission initiatives
Be installed on a compressed timeline
Provide clean audio coverage without spill
Offer reliable, secure connectivity for private meeting spaces
Remain fully staffed and supported throughout the event

All of this needed to happen with absolute reliability and professionalism befitting a high-profile federal client.

The Solution

TRG designed and deployed a fully integrated tradeshow AV solution centered around a custom 60’ wide x 10’ tall 2.3mm iNFILED DB Series LED wall, serving as the visual anchor of the booth.

The LED wall was paired with custom animated content, purpose-built to align with USSOCOM’s messaging and objectives for the event. Behind the display, TRG constructed and supported three private conference rooms, each equipped with bonded cellular internet for secure, reliable connectivity.

The entire booth was built in under 10 hours, then fully staffed and supported by TRG technicians for the duration of SOF Week.
